We are sad to announce that Team Tini could possibly be retiring for a short while on account of decisions made outside of our realm. Further posts to come on this topic.

A Little Accounting 101

So, I was doing a little accounting tonight, trying to find out where I stand financially-aka how long I should stay here in MA to work, what are my upcoming bills, what has my money been going to...Oh and to no one's suprise I'm sure, what have I been spending the most on since 10/03/05 (because that only how far back my online transactions go) mmm, hmm you guess it-The Blue Martini...and of course my car insurance, but the Tini actually exceeds my car insurance if you consider time...in a little over 2 months (10/03 to 12/13-our last Tini night before I left) I spent a grand total of $462.70 and granted that's just the tabs I paid-there have been multiple nights when people bought my drinks for me...yeah, I almost shit myself.

Now granted, a logical person would say...well, cut down on the amt. of nights you go to the bar...well I can't do that, um hello and welcome to the purpose of Team Tini...or stop buying other people's drinks...which I can try to do, but somehow I suspect I will be unsuccessful at because for some reason when I get drunk I get overly generous...so the only thing left is I'm gonna have be puttin in some over time this vaca! muhahah hell's yeah. Anyways-just thought that was an interesting little tid-bit. But, for now I'm callin it a night cause now I have even more inspiration for gettin my ass up at 6am and goin to work!

ok! finally my post!!

OK!!! so i have been home 4 full days now and have been told it is waaay past time to post. I def am totally going through "tini-withdrawls" and with that I have a fire lit under my ass to post- ENJOY! My blog can't be as creative as my PIC's b/c of the lack of martini paraphanalia in the house, but i am on a mission to see where all i can find martini stuff to show you all. Part two of my mission is to taste test blue martini's from different bars in the area. We'll see how well that comes along as well b/c of circumstances outta my control. Anyway, so the trip home wasn't that bad -not as bad as casey's- I stopped at St. Simons and ate lunch w/ the grandparents on Thursday on my way to Charleston, and then as i was pulling back onto the interstate I called Casey to see how close we were to each other. She was less than 10 miles down I-95 from me so, she pulled off and we met up to get gas and some road trip munchies. As we continued down the road the rain started, it was soon after we passed the spot of my car accident and it really started coming down. I kept driving for like another hour but had to soon pull off b/c of too bad of memories from the accident. Casey kept on driving and I sat at Wendy's for 45 min. wow, fun! not really! lol anyway, so after the rain let up I started driving again and finally got home. My parents were there waiting and it was good to see them. So anyway, blah blah blah all the mushy beingback home stuff, I'll save you that info. So of course when I come home the parentals always wanna know what's new w/ me so I start to tell them stories. All the stories somehow related to the TINI, US, or our daily walks down Woodland. I am sure they must think I am insane by now, but hey at least i am still living up to our motto: "live your life to giveother people a story to tell"... love it! alright, well here are the long awaited pictures of the tini's I've found. There will never be another to compare to anything in THE TINI but here goes... first a few examples of how classy the blue martini glasses can really be!

ok, so then there were some holiday versions of the TINI that i thought deserved a little light shone on them too b/c they are only seen once a year. and after thinking about it, these would be a great holiday treat during the christmas season in the future!

And then.... there were a few more things that I just couldn't leave out b/c I knew that TEAM TINI would love to see them...first we have the Martini book- not all of us can be like our fav bartenders and know how to make allllll kinds of martini's by heart~ some of us need a little help .....
And last, but certainly not least, there is a CD that i thought was too cute to pass up....now, we all know that Casey wouldn't like this b/c it's chrismas music- but maybe even she would make an exception this time b/c it's called marTINI mistletoe!!! Well, so this is all I have so far...I'm glad to be home but I really miss us!!! Like it was said earlier, "seperate we are nothing, but together we conquer soooo much!" or something like that...well, enjoy the post and dont worry new years eve will be here before we know it!!!!
{maybe we could even just skip christmas, i did hear a rumor it was cancelled}

Home Sweet Home

So, after a 10 hr day of driving yesterday, and a 11 hr day today-I'm finally home on good ol' Cape Cod! I met my rents for dinner and I'm not going to lie-the Tini was a big portion of the convo because I was having withdrawls lol. MC is already trying to come up with some creative blue martini recipes, egg nog, jack daniels, and blue curaco? ify. Anyways we finished up dinner and came back to the Compound for some cocktails...and oh what did MC hand me...well, shit, being a member of Team Tini you know I had to take a pic... (it's bad quality, but we'll deal)

Yep-none other than a Corona, granted it was an Extra, but it still went down smooth! (for those of you who don't know, the Cole residence is most obviously equipped with our own bar)

Yes, Jen's not the only one whose obsessed with taking pics, JC is too lol!

Anyways, so while thoroughly enjoying my Corona and extremely wishing I was at the Tini, it hit me how Tini packed our house is...and by that, I mean, I picked up on a few things and obsessed about them...

The first, and I don't know how the hell I forgot about this-but our freakin Martini glass light that we have out by the pool-if you look close you can see the olive, that usually lights up red but it musta burnt out

The picture we have at the back of the bar, hooow appropriate! And then there's the one that some local Codder made that never got put up...

Annnd (I know, it's getting pathetic, but you do realize I've been trapped in a car for 11 hours only to strand myself farther away from the Tini, so I needed something, and they were all out of the gum and the patch)

Yep, that's right, the blue martini glass that I shall be drinking my blue martini out of when MC hits that shit up!

Okay, okay, so I know, you're thinking I'm probably psycho, but seriously, as previously stated, cut me some slack, this is the first Friday night I haven't been to the Tini in like...god, I don't even wanna think how long *sadness* anyways, yeah-I'm sure there'll be more later, but this was just for your sheer entertainment of my craziness. And Jen, totally love US, and TOTALLY miss us! You best start your Tini lunches soon! amor!

'Twas the Last Tini Night Before Christmas Break

So there we were...another night at the Tini. We took our finals in the morning, which we both finished in a mere 45 minutes, and admitted to eachother later that all we could both think about during them was how fun the bar was going to be later. Then we totally epiphanied that we needed Team Tini shirts! Because, yes, all we think about is the Tini...granted because Casey's gonna own a bar "when she grows up" and by that we mean eventually cause please she'll never really grow up. Back to the shirts, we snipered all we need at Walmart and had the arts and crafts expert with us-Sarah RHD. We made our shirts, went to dinner at Mainstreet, then proceeded to get ready for the bar, and as planned at promptly 10:47 we ascended the Tini stairs.
As the title explains last night (Monday) was our last Tini night before Christmas break, I'm tearing up just writing it. So we lived it up. Jen's camera ran out of batteries half way through the night, so you miss out on the really sloshed us, but these are okay representatives. Jen was drunk after her first 3 B&DCs which were all consumed before 12am so she was waterin it up after that, and Casey had who knows how many of her usual Corona Lights. Plus, in the spirit of the night, and our new shirts we had to have a blue martini, and with that--Pictoral journey, is that you? Enjoy.

Us with our Blue Martinis and our Team Tini shirts

The back of our shirts, hott I know!

Being a Monday night, the only people who were really there were the Monday night football people so there were only two 'tenders on...but no worries they were in the favorites category, who you ask? Oh, no worries, they're featured below in ALL their glory.

Muhahah - snipered

Granted that picture could just be good enough because it's priceless, but we'll give them a fair shot...(what, shots?)

They still fucked it up

Yeeeah, so love them of course, but the bartenders weren't our only friends there, a few honorary members of Team Tini and then some showed up.

Sarah, a true member of Team Tini, she just wouldn't wear her shirt

Ashley, who was drinkin up the Corona Lights, of which Casey is way too overprotective-no lime, what is that!?

Becca, who will undoubtedly never cease to get carded until about the age of 40

And a Tini night would not be complete without...

Ms. Allie Ballantyne!

So that's only to feature a few, but as the night went on it actually did start to get crowded, and although crowded means being fun and social...well it means the bartenders get busy and everybody just feels the need to...

But the night went on and the drinks kept flowin, so of course the more fucked up you are the more fun the bar gets...that's when we get the "y'all are fuckin crazy, but I'm gonna smile and act like your not" look from Jackie...can't picture it...oh we can:

And then of course, Casey snipers a cone from god knows where, and she is in the drunk phase where putting it on the bar is the funniest, sneakiest thing she's ever done, and gives the "I'm trying not to hysterically crack up because oh my god there's a cone on the bar" look!!! Yep, we have a picture of that too...

And Jen, she's in her water phase now because she was shitfaced by 12, and now looks a little something like this...

Yeah, we totally love it. So the night wore on, people came and went, and Jen and Casey held strong at the bar. But of course, whenever Casey drinks a little bit much she gets insistant on smoking, Jen can vouch for that. So, regardless that it was like below zero outside, we had to take the tradition smoke break.

Soon after that is when the camera battery went dead...I know, you're just sooo sad. 2am rolled around and it was closin time. Our drinks looked a little something to the effect of

And, being that we won't get back to the Tini until next year, we felt the need to hang around. Minutes turned into hours, and what seemed to us only like seconds, it was soon time to actually leave because they were lockin up. Yeah, totally love it. We were both substantially shitfaced and neither could drive...we could've walked back to Jen's apartment but it was way too fuckin cold outside for that nonsense. Well, being the sniperers that we are we decided Jackie could drive us home (little did she know). The dishwasher man came with us (we think that's what he does) and we were off. We totally occupied the back seat of the Acura. Jen got dropped off at her apt. first and abandoned Casey with Jackie and the dishwasher man, who Casey is convinced was talking about how she dressed/looked like a boy, but please, anyone who looks at her can sniper that, and we love it. We're also convinced that dishwasher man lived somewhere before Casey's apt. but Jackie just didn't want to be left alone with Casey, and we think that is hil-ar-ious. Granted, if it's not true, it's not as funny, but then we just end the joke with then we found $20. Yeah, sorry, inside Team Tini joke.

Now, don't get scared, not every blog will be as long as this, in fact no blog will probably be this long, it's just that we aren't going to get to see or be near the Blue Martini for a whole month so we needed to document our night to the fullest. We hope you've enjoyed it to the fullest. Now it's about 6:45pm and we're just getting over our hangovers, and we're totally already missing the Tini. No worries though, we shall return next year, and until then we'll post about our vaca, in relation to the Tini of course. So 'tenders if you read this-don't forget about us (of course, how could you, we're extremely memorable) and we'll be back as soon as we can. For now, we'll let Jen wave goodbye...

Introduction

So there we were...or erm...It all started at the good ol' Blue Martini, which the best of us know as "The Tini" This is a look into the lives of Team Tini. We don't have a video camera to record our everyday visits to the tini, so instead this site will be THEE fly on the wall. Let us begin.
First of all, let us introduce ourselves (mind you this whole blog is coming to you thanks to the procrastination of studying for finals) . The two favorites bar-goers from Stetson (ehm, us!) are Jen and Casey...aka...US! Candi will Vana for us and point...

and this is totally not (sketchy head shake IS) what we look like at the bar...So, while we sit at the bar night after night there has to be someone to take care of us....well, we have three that we like to call the best... Bobbie (SKATES BITCH), Jackie Denise, and Teddi-licious... so below we will profile each in their glory.

It's a Sunday...and it's approaching 2 am, granted the Tini's closed already, hense why we're here and not there, but in honor of traditional closing time we can't vary our routine and this blog must come to a close...more to come later.
